Delete your iGPS account

You can delete your account in the iGPS app yourself or ask us to do it.

In the app

Open «Profile», tap the gear icon, then «User Settings» and «Delete Account».

Enter your password or tap «Confirm with Google». You are signed out at once and can no longer sign in to the account.

Without the app

Write to us from the e-mail or phone number on your account and tell us your username.

We reply from 10:00 to 19:00 (Astana time).

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in, name, phone number, e-mail and herder (malshy) accounts. Trackers are unlinked from the account. All of this is deleted within 30 days of the request.

What is kept

  • Payment history: for at least 5 years, as the accounting law of the Republic of Kazakhstan requires.
  • Support chat history: to handle requests and disputes.
